1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 163jl ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("you," "the Player," or "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the 163jl website and its associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and promotional offers.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the 163jl platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your 163jl account, you agree to:

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 163jl platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 163jl supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

1. Deposits: Funds deposited into your 163jl account are credited promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

163jl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

1. Bonuses are available to registered 163jl players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion.
2. Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.

2. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, 163jl reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 163jl platform without prior written consent from 163jl.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 163jl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 163jl platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in platform availability due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond 163jl's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

163jl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 163jl account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy
